Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard shipping via DHL with estimated delivery times of 3-7 business days within Germany.
For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on destination and shipping method chosen.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Atem is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Atem is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages

If your order gets lost in transit and the shipping carrier confirms it, we will work with the carrier to replace the items, subject to stock availability.
